Refund Policy

Rewardvanta strives to provide a satisfying experience for all participants. If you are not completely satisfied with your floristry masterclass, we offer a refund or rescheduling option under the following conditions. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled class start time will receive a full refund, less a small processing fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class start time are not eligible for a refund, but you may transfer your booking to another person or reschedule to a future class at no extra cost, subject to availability. If we cancel a class due to reasons on our part (e.g., instructor illness, low enrollment), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Please note that class materials and digital products are non-refundable once accessed.
